Rancho del Oro is located within the city of Oceanside, California just north of Mira Costa College and southeast of downtown Oceanside. More specifically, the neighborhood of Rancho del Oro is located west of College Bl and east of El Camino Real north of the 78 Freeway. It is bordered on the east by Vista, and on the south by the college area of Oceanside and north Carlsbad.
Rancho del Oro is a prestigious neighborhood in Oceanside with great schools, parks, and missions. Commuting to Los Angeles (approx. 80 miles north), South Orange County (approx. 15 miles north) or to downtown San Diego (approx. 35 miles south) is easy via highway 76 or 78 to Interstate 5 Freeway.
